Elf, Fire the Greenhorn, is a 17h, 2015 thoroughbred gelding. Elf has been brought along by an adult amateur through Novice, and has schooled some modified and prelim cross country elements. On the ground Elf is a social and sweet gelding, who loads, clips, bathes and stands well for the vet and farrier. Elf prefers a consistent schedule, and would strive best in an environment where he is ridden by the same rider on a regular basis. Additionally, Elf hacks out alone and has been to the beach multiple times for group outings. He certainly has the physical ability to compete at a higher level than novice, and should have no limitations.
