What is a Syndicate ?

A syndicate partnership of a group ownership model where multiple individuals share ownership of a horse, for high-level competition. Instead of one person covering all the costs and risks, those expenses—and potential rewards—are divided among the syndicate members.

 

Here’s how it works:

    •    Ownership Shares: 15 Shares are Available at $2,500

    •    Shared Costs: Ongoing costs like training, veterinary care, entry fees, and transportation are paid entirely by Shannon. That's right, no additional costs after the buy in! 

    •    Shared Profits: Winnings from events are divided according to shares.

    •    Management: Often, a manager or syndicate organizer oversees the horse’s care, competition schedule, and communications with the group.

 

This setup allows people to participate in the excitement and prestige of horse ownership—especially in competitive or elite disciplines—at a more accessible price point and with reduced personal risk.
